The day of the official start for the first year of Teensen Genesis senior high school is approaching near, we are fully prepared to help students grow better. Now we have gathered a group of well-known national principals and educational experts, provincial and municipal discipline leaders, key teachers and outstanding graduates of double first-class universities and other professional education talents.

"Recruiting from across the country", "Having the same educational dream", "High academic quality", "Rich high school educational experience", these keywords are the most concerned by Teensen in selecting senior high school teachers. That’s how this super team of teachers came into being.

天行的每一位老师都是由江西省特级教师、南昌市学科带头人及南昌市教研员、天行校长天团组成的专家考团亲自面试，从亲和力到讲课能力、从思维灵活性到理念的接受度、从学历背景到教学展示等，都进行了非常细致的考察。最终呈现了这支集结高教龄、高学历名师团队，为高质量学习法再赋能。

Each teacher of Teensen is interviewed by an expert examination team composed of Jiangxi Province's special-grade senior teachers, Nanchang municipal discipline leaders, Nanchang municipal teaching and research staff, and Teensen principal team. 唐镇南

高中部校长，中共党员，1991年至今耕耘教坛29年。中学语文高级教师、省首批骨干教师、南昌市学科带头人、南昌洪城名师；获得过全国优质课比赛一等奖；是省首批骨干教师、南昌市高中语文学科带头人、南昌市第二批洪城名师；多次荣获南昌市优秀共产党员、南昌市优秀教师、南昌市优秀班主任、南昌市德育工作先进个人等荣誉称号。长期任教重点中学零班兼班主任，所教的学生中有多人考取北大、清华等全国名校，有一大批进入双一流大学深造。

曹少波

中学物理高级教师，国家二级心理咨询师，家庭教育指导师，曾任雷式学校零班班主任，教务主任、政教主任，课堂深受同学们喜欢，对物理竞赛有一定的研究，所教学生有考进北大、浙大、复旦等双一流大学。

肖军

江西省首批高中语文骨干教师、中学高级教师。担任班主任工作20年。有过7年大型民办学校支教工作经验，担任其管理工作。参加过多年高考阅卷工作，是2014年江西省学业水平考试命题组成员。多次被评为优秀教师、优秀班主任，所教学生参加全国作文竞赛获得一等奖，高考成绩单科地市第一名，学生总分进入江西省前十名，录取清华北大等名牌大学多人。个人多次获得过全国读书活动优秀辅导老师，论文多次获得国家级、省级、市级奖励。

林靖绿

英语老师，硕士毕业于英国埃克塞特大学，主修专业是TESOL（对外英语教学）。该大学的TESOL专业全英国排名第六。硕士论文研究中国高中英语教学，获得优秀等级（Distinction）。本科修英语师范专业、政治学与行政学专业，获得英语文学和法学双学士学位。曾在广东一所省级重点中学担任高中英语教师5年，工作期间获得市级考核优秀等次。

余辉

化学老师，从事教培教师行业七年已久，管理岗位近三年，期间在金太阳培训机构任教高三全日制重点班连续四年，所带学生人数八千以上，参加高考学生中有大部分考取同济大学、中南大学、中国农大、对外经济贸易大学、中国科大、四川音乐学院、浙江传媒大学等国内重点大学。

辛浩

中学地理一级教师，全国优秀科技辅导员、市优秀班主任、市优秀共产党员，长期任教省重点中学零班兼班主任、备课组长，所带班级获市先进班集体、市五四红旗团支部。

魏李红

物理老师，拥有高级教师资格证，六年教学经验，一直在教学一线带教班课，对南昌市的考点、学情都非常了解熟悉。曾在恒大豫章师范附属学校担任高中物理教师、兴趣班教练、副班主任，所带班级平均分从垫底到第一。曾在某机构担任物理教研组骨干，同时也是该平台的金牌教师，所带学生考入香港中文大学、清华大学等。曾任新东方教育班课教师，物理学科组长。

杜丽君

生物老师，在校时，是三好学生和优秀毕业生；工作时，是先进教师，获得青年教师技能大赛二等奖。立志做一线粒体，于细胞深处，为学生提供能量。

杨峻朋

体育老师，毕业于北京体育大学运动训练专业。国家一级运动员、江西省跆拳道锦标赛冠军、北京体育大学跆拳道锦标赛冠军、跆拳道黑带二段、中国空手道协会裁判员、国家二级跆拳道裁判员。曾于北京市清华附中与中国儿童中心任外聘教师。

部分优秀教师的引进手续正在办理，后续再公布。

中考虽然是孩子人生的第一道分水岭，但这一切都是为了三年后的高考做准备，能考上一个心仪的好大学，才是我们现在做出所有努力的目标。高中阶段是人一生中的黄金时期，在这一阶段不仅是人生观、世界观形成的重要时期，同时又是增长知识和才干的重要时期。
